Exchanges and returns:
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. However, the seller must be notified of the return before returning either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 040-7677795. The notification must include your contact information and information about the product to be returned.
When returning products, a return fee of €10.90 is charged for customer returns. The return fee must be paid to our account FI56 1544 3000 3395 69 before sending the return. If the delivery cost is included in the offer, the return cost is considered to be the amount specified in the terms of delivery as the product's delivery cost.
The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Please pack the products carefully so that they are not damaged during transport. If the product is damaged during return due to careless packaging, we will not replace the product. When we have received and processed your return, the price of the returned product/products will be returned to you via the Klarna Checkout payment service (Note: we do not refund postage).
Please note that Posti keeps your order at the office for a limited time. A processing fee of €50 will be charged for orders not picked up by post.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, you should order the new product normally. Note! shipping costs are always charged for a new order. The exchangeable product is returned according to the instructions above. Once we have received and processed your return, the money will be refunded via the Klarna Checkout payment service.
