What information may be collected about you:

  • Name
  • Address information (street address, house/staircase/apartment number)
  • Postal code and post office
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Data observed about the use of the services and derived with the help of analytics
  • Purchase history, e.g. ordered products and their price information
  • Product reviews
  • Online store usage and browsing data as well as identification data of the terminal device
  • Information and identifiers used for targeted content
  • Automatically collected information about your session on our site, including: IP address, location, internet browser in use, browsing data on our site, search terms used to get to our site and referred sites from which you got to our site
  • We receive automatically collected data using the following technologies:

  • Tag and "pixel" files that collect information about how you use our site (e.g. which of our pages you visit, what time and day, from which IP address you visit our site)

To which parties can information be shared:

We only share your information with third parties that comply with data protection regulations and the law. Your information is shared e.g. with the following parties:
Your data may be transferred outside of Europe, such as to Canada and the United States. If you live in Europe, you have the right to access your personal data that we have about you and ask us to change, update or delete it where appropriate. If you want any of these, you can contact our customer service.

6. Regular sources of information
The customer's own notification, Pussuka's order system and possible purchases of customer data from external parties in accordance with Finnish law.

7. Principles of registry protection
The manual material is kept in a locked and electronically protected space.
The IT-based system is kept in a locked state, which is protected by firewall, username and password protection.

Information is forwarded as necessary both internally and externally to the following groups:
- For those people in the company who need information to perform their duties.
- To authorities as required by law (for example, social and tax authorities)
- To partners and subcontractors necessary for order processing and customer relationship management (e.g. entities related to the payment and delivery of orders, e.g. Checkout, Posti).

The data contained in the register can be accessed and are entitled to use only those employees predefined by the controller, whose job description includes processing the data. These employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

8. Right of inspection and implementation of the right of inspection
Registered persons have the right to check the information about themselves stored in the register and also receive copies of it. The inspection request must be made in writing and signed. The inspection request must be submitted to the company responsible for registry matters.

9. Correction of information and implementation of correction of information
The registered person has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. The correction request must be made in writing and sufficiently individualized.
Data correction requests are addressed in writing to the company responsible for registry matters.

10. Right of prohibition
The registered person has the right to prohibit the controller from processing information about him/her for direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research and genealogical research. The ban is addressed in writing to the company responsible for registry matters.

Disputes
Possible disputes are handled in the district court of Itä-Uusimaa.
